Communcation General feature and information about skill develpoment

                             Hello friends, here I am share some knowledge about our most useful tool of conversation was called for communication. When we are learn literature or language that there is most important part of skill development about language. Skill are developing with a communication or experience about while performance to any kind of work.  Generally we are all know that communication is helping to good skill develop to our knowledge. So first question is what is communication? How to create? How can skill we improve with   communication? Therefore, we   are explaining to communication skill or When we talk about non –verbal communication we must know,

‘What is communication?’ the word communication comes from Latin word ‘Communi’ it means common understanding between two or  more than two person .It also shows communication is a conscious  attempt to share information on ideas, attitude, experience etc.

According to Ban and Hawking ,

“Compunction is a process of sending and receiving message though channels which established common meaning between a source and a receiver.’’

There two types of communication first Verbal or second Non-verbal   communication. 

  Communication Process :

Non –verbal communication:

Non-verbal communication refers to all external motivation other than spoken or written words and including body motion, characteristics of appearances, characteristics of voice and use of space and distancing. Their entire important role in oral communication.

Body Language plays a very significant role in oral communication.

As examined by Sigmund Freud,

“He that has eyes to see and ears to hear

May convince himself that no mortal can

Keep a secret by his lips are salient he chats

With his jigger lips; betrayal oozes out of

Him at every pore.”

According to Birdwhilsell, 35% of massage is carried verbally, While 65% is conveyed  non-verbally. While Meridian has analyzed the impact of message as fallow 7%verbal 38% vocal

And 55% non-verbal.

   Let’s discuss Non-verbal communication in detail.

(1) Personal Appearance:

The first effect on listener is created by the personal appearance of the speaker. Even before the speaker utters (Speaks) the signal world we begin to form an opinion about him. The wearing of uniform may indicate,

There are certain convention established in regard to the use of dress and general physical appearance in respect of certain communication situations such as interview.  

(2) Posture:

Posture conveys a wealth of meaning in an economical way. It is important of body language ans generally refers to the way one stand and walks. The posture of sitting is very effective compunction. The communication situation and specific purpose which one has to achieve determine the way of sites. For e.g. in a group discussion the person who takes a turn to speak changes his posture when he starts communicating.

(3) Gesture:

Gesture too plays a significant role in making. The communication effective gesture are used to communicate certain message such as,

YES, No, Come here!

Go there, be salience,

Sit down, Stand up etc…

Communication is done by the gesture such as,

Movement of the hand

Movement of the head and

Movement of the eyes,

Sometimes it creates effective communication.

(4) Eye Contact:- 

Eye contact with the listener is perhaps the most important aspect of the body language. Eye contact between the speaker and listener prove that whether the speaker is sincere or not we also find out whether the listener is interested or not at that time communication on speaker looks all section of the picture or to the audience.

(5) Colour:

Colour is very important and powerful aspect of communication colour is associated with different moods and leading.

·         Black = sorrow

·         Red = Danger

·         White = Peace

·         Orange = Bravery

·         Yellow = Weakness  

(6) Picture, Graphs and Charts  : 

A picture from a simple drawing to sophisticated colors picture photographs are used such colures for various purpose pictures is also used to understand illiterate semi illiterate people. While charts and graphs are used classify various information about science trade. Commerce and many other things.

Two things enrage out of above discussion one visible code is a important as the verbal code and two the visible code different from culture to culture and care should be taken the use the appropriate in cross culture contexts.
