The glitter on the Scrapbook cover shone under the lights. I picked it up
‘A tale of naughty boy and a not so naughty girl’ said the black cover, which was hand –painted in white . it had a smiley of a boy and girl, both winking

I opened the scrapbook.

‘Once upon a time, a naughty boy stole a good girl’s birthday cake ‘ it said on the first page. It had a doodle of the teacher scolding me and herself ,Aarti,in tears.

I turned the page.

‘The naughty boy, however, become the good girl’s friend. He came for every birthday party of hers after that’ said the text. The remaining album had pictures from all her seven-birthday parties that I had grown up over the years. in every birthday party , she had at least one picture with just the two of us.
aprt from this Aarti had also meticulously assemble silly memorabilia from school. she had the class VII timetable, on which she draw horns above the maths classes. she had tickets from the school fete we had in class IX. she had pasted the restaurant bill from the first time we had gone out in class X. She had torn a page from her own slam book, done in class VIII, in which she had put my name down as her best friends. she ended the scrapbook with the following words:

“’Life has been a wonderful journey so far with you. Looking forward to a future with you – my solumate, Happy birthday ,Gopal !!!!!!’

Some Introductory things:

Once upon a time, in small-town India, there lived two intelligent boys.

One wanted to use his intelligence to create a revolution.
The problem was, they both loved the same girl.

Welcome to Revolution 2020. A story about childhood friends Gopal, Raghav and Aarti who struggle to find success and love in Varanasi. However, it isn’t easy to achieve this in an unfair society that rewards the corrupt. As Gopal gives in to the system, and Raghav fights it, who will win?

From the bestselling author of Five Point Someone, one night @ the call center, The Three Mistakes of My Life and 2 States, comes another gripping tale from the heartland of India.  Are you ready for the revolution?
-On Cover page, last writing about Novel….

Firstly, I say that we are all know Chetan Bhagat was nowadays prominent writer of English in India. He was also famous of 'Youth Writers' and ' Voice of Youth’. I started reading this book with a clear thought that it is a book and not a Chetan Bhagat’s book. I wanted a whole together open approach while I read and later review this book. I made sure that I don’t read with an idea, that’s it’s a Chetan Bhagat’s book. Therefore, it has to be good.

Story begins with a prologue :

‘And I hope not just you but our whole country will keep that speak alive. There is  something cool about about saying- I come from the land of billion sparks. Thank You’ I said , ending my motivational speech at Tilak Hall, Varannsi….

It is about three friends. Gopal, Aarti and Raghav. They lived in Varanasi. They grew together, with different mindsets. One wanted to be rich, other an Airhostess and the last of the lot, wanted to start a Revolution. Gopal, was forced to attend coaching to get into an engineering college and so were others. Aarti, wanted to be an airhostess, but still she prepared for JEE entrance to make her parents happy enough. Raghav, did same for his parents. But he always wanted to be a journalist. He wanted to start a revolution. Boys loved the same girl. And this was the problem.
In the course of life, Gopal, turned to be an Educationist, ironically, he himself never went to a college. Raghav became a journalist, though he was an Engineering graduate. Aarti, who went through an aviation course works as a Hotel Guest relation officer.
The story takes us through the life at holy city of Varanasi. The battle to get into engineering colleges. The filthy Ganga River. The ghats, the boat rides, the corruption, the revolution.
I’m not sure that whether I should compare or not but genuinely speaking, this book has a lot to connect with Aravind Adiga’s The white tiger. Both the books are written on same ideas but with different backdrop. Both the books, deals with the corruption in India. And how even the worst things can be worked out with a ‘white envelope’..

Learning From The Book:

Change In The World Is Possible, But It Starts With The Individual So We Need To Take The Initiative. It's Hard Trying To Understand A Girl , Isn't it ? ;)Money Can't Buy Happiness & Love . Where Is The Comfort When You are Still Crying  In A Mercedes ?

Conclusion:-
Corruption Has Been Discussed Elaborately  & The Book Sounds More Like A Column In A Newspaper. This Corruption Evil has Gripped India From The Roots &  Is One Of The Biggest Concerns. We All Must Bring About A Revolution .
